yOur Support Journey
Explore my holistic approach to pregnancy, birth and early days support

Birth preparation
My birth preparation sessions equip you and your partner with knowledge and skills to support you during your labour and birth experience. Together, we review the labour and birth process, including what your amazing body is doing physiologically before, during and after birth, your magical hormones, coping strategies and deep relaxation techniques, like meditation and hypnobirthing. You will find your confidence enhanced and by the end you’ll be feeling much more prepared and ready for the big day. These are bespoke sessions, based on your individual needs. Some couples book these sessions to prepare for their first baby’s birth and other couples book these sessions to reflect on a previous birth experience and prepare fopr the next. My birth preparation sessions are designed to help you identify your hopes and fears, develop your preferences for your birth experience and ensure you feel empowered and informed every step of the way. Facilitated in the comfort of your own home or mine, and at a date and time that suits you (I work evenings and weekends). These sessions are included or refunded if you book my Birth Doula Support.
£250 for two x 2-hour sessions

Birth Doula Support
During pregnancy, I provide practical and emotional support to you and your partner as you prepare for birth and a new baby. This includes monthly sessions, in your home or mine, to review your pregnancy progress, discuss your options for planned place and mode of birth and support you to make informed choices. At week 38 of your pregnancy, I go on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, until your labour begins. During your labour and birth, I offer continuous support to you and your partner at first by phone and in person from when you request me to come. I provide reassurance, comfort measures and assistance, allowing you to focus on your body and your baby. I facilitate clear communication with the NHS staff caring for you to ensure your wishes are respected throughout your birth experience. I will support you whether you plan to birth at home, in a birth centre or in hospital and whether you have a vaginal birth or need to have a Caesarean birth. My support starts from as early as you book with me and includes my birth preparation sessions worth £250. I also come and see you after your baby’s birth a couple of times. Payment plans on request. Please get in touch for a free consultation – I am to do this face to face, so that you can see whether I am the doula for you.
£2,800 inclusive

Postnatal Doula Support
I provide practical and emotional support as you adjust to life with your new baby. From guidance on newborn care to birth recovery, I ensure you receive the nurture and care necessary for a smooth adjustment during this significant life change. Once booked, you can use your 10 sessions at your convenience – this might be 3-hr sessions every day for two weeks, or spread out more depending upon my availability. Some families book 10 sessions, others book 20 or 30 – whatever you book can be added to along the way. I am available for postnatal support sessions between 8am and 8pm.
£1,000 for ten x 3-hr sessions

Night Doula Support
Some families appreciate support overnight. I offer night doula support for 8 hours per night between 10pm and 6am. This typically includes supporting you to get rest, so I do all the changing and settling of your baby during these hours. I bring baby to you if you are exclusively breastfeeding, I bottlefeed your baby with expressed milk if you are combination feeding or I bottlefeed your baby with formula milk if you are formula feeding. Doula support overnight can be especially helpful if your partner is away or you have older children to also look after. You can book a series of nights if preferred, depending upon my availability.
£250 per night
